Case Study 01 — GCC Fashion DTC

From 1.2× to 4.1× ROAS in 90 days — without increasing ad spend.

The situation: A Dubai-based fashion label was spending AED 80,000/month on Meta Ads with a blended ROAS of 1.2× — barely breaking even on ad spend, and with no clear view of which campaigns were actually working. Attribution was broken: last-click was misassigning credit, and the prospecting funnel hadn’t been touched in 18 months.

What we did: Started with a full attribution audit. Switched reporting from last-click to data-driven attribution inside GA4. Rebuilt the campaign structure from scratch — separating prospecting (cold audiences) from retargeting (warm) and from loyalty (existing customers). Introduced a structured creative testing framework: 3 angles × 4 formats, refreshed every 3 weeks.

Month 3 results: Blended ROAS hit 4.1×. Revenue from paid channels up 187%. CPM down 23% after audience rebuild. The brand went from questioning whether Meta was worth it to planning to double their budget in Q1.
